Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Lead Decisioning Architect. The individual will be responsible for overseeing architectural design, software development, and system integration. Daily tasks include designing scalable and sustainable architecture, leading project management efforts, coordinating with multiple teams, and ensuring the seamless integration of various software components.

Qualifications :

- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design

- Experience in Software Development and Integration

- Project Management skills, with the ability to lead and execute projects efficiently

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Experience with PegaSystems, SalesForce, or other low-code platforms is a plus
