Instant Systems Inc - Software Engineer - Full Stack

Role Overview :

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling end-to-end AI-powered applications.

You will work closely with global product, AI, and engineering teams to deliver mission-critical solutions.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications with an AI-first architecture

- Build and maintain high-performance backend services using FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and Redis

- Develop responsive, production-ready frontend interfaces using React, Node.js, and Chakra UI

- Integrate and optimize AI/LLM workflows into real-world business use cases

- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of applications in cloud-native environments

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable faster and reliable deployments

- Optimize database performance through efficient SQL queries and data modeling

- Collaborate with AI, product, and design teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions

- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical decision-making

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in Linux and Kubernetes environments

- Maintain high standards of code quality, testing, and documentation

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices

Role Requirements :

- 36 years of strong Full Stack engineering experience

- Backend: FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, Linux, Kubernetes

- Frontend: React, Node.js, Chakra UI

- Hands-on experience with AI / LLM workflows, automation, and cloud platforms

- Strong SQL and data modeling skills

- Experience working in high-growth, startup environments

Mandatory Requirement :

- Valid B1/B2 visa with availability to travel by the 1st week of December
