Requirements :

- Experience with multiple programming languages, databases, operating systems and tools

- Able to code/debug and guide others to code/debug flexible, scalable and complex programs, using either written or verbal design specifications

- Able to participate and add value in all phases of software development: feasibility, design, implementation, integration, test and delivery

- Strong knowledge on Advanced windows installer concept e.g, MSI based Installer, Installscript based Installer.

- Good Knowledge on Windows operating System.

Eg: Windows command line, windows environments like, AD etc.

- Strong Knowledge on Scripting - Batch/Power shell/Vbscript

- Strong Debugging skills

- Installer user experience and Designing.

- Good Knowledge on InstallShield framework.

- Fresh Installation /Upgrade/Patch

- Windows installer guidelines for upgrade and patches.

- Programing language knowledge - Java,.Net, C/C++ (Good to have)

- Quick learner and Enthusiasm to explore new tools.

- Cultivates, develops and manages strong relationship with team members.

- Ability to communicate design rationale and build consensus
