Title : Lead - Full Stack

Team : Engineering

Purpose of Job : Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes into interactive web experiences

- Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js, Express, or Java/Spring Boot

- Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs and cloud services

- Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility

- Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs and maintain design system standards

- Mentor junior frontend engineers and contribute to architectural decisions

- Write clean, testable, and scalable code across the stack

Required Skills :

- Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks : React, Angular, or Vue.js

- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, JavaScript, TypeScript

- Backend development experience in Node.js or Java (Spring Boot)

- Good understanding of RESTful APIs, JWT authentication, and state management tools (Redux, Context API)

- Experience with Git, Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn, CI/CD pipelines

- Familiarity with performance optimization and responsive design principles

- Experience working with Figma, Adobe XD, or other design handoff tools

- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and Git workflows.

Qualifications :

Experience : 58 years.

- Bachelors/ Masters in CS/IT or equivalent practical experience.
