Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a bridge between clients, stakeholders, and engineering teams to ensure business needs are translated into functional requirements.

- Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

- Prepare BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories, Process Flows, and Acceptance Criteria.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, UX, Product Owners) to ensure clarity in requirements.

- Conduct stakeholder workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and backlog grooming sessions.

- Support solution design, impact analysis, and system enhancements with clear documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 2- 5 years as a Business Analyst in IT Services / Product Engineering.

- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.

- Hands-on experience in preparing BRD, FRD, Wireframes, Process Maps, and User Stories.

- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Exposure to product engineering, AI/GenAI-driven applications, or cloudnative solutions is a plus.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Tools : JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio / Lucidchart, Figma (for wireframes).

Qualifications :

- Experience : 2- 5 years.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
