- Administer, monitor and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches and other network devices.

- Ensure high availability and performance of network systems and IT infrastructure.

- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities :

IT Infrastructure & Network Management :

- Manage and control company devices, laptops and IT assets.

- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, installation and maintenance of IT equipment.

- Maintain inventory and documentation of IT infrastructure.

Microsoft 365 & Cloud Administration :

- Manage and administer Microsoft O365 services including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint and OneDrive.

- Provide user support and ensure smooth functioning of O365 applications.

- Administer MS Dynamics (advantageous) for business applications support.

IT Security & Compliance :

- Implement and monitor IT security policies, firewalls and endpoint/device control solutions.

- Ensure secure user access, data protection and compliance with organizational policies.

- Regularly update security patches, monitor potential threats and respond to incidents.

System & Device Management :

- Provide technical support to users on hardware, software and network-related issues.

- Conduct periodic user awareness sessions on IT security best practices.

- Support IT initiatives, upgrades and new implementations across sites.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (BE IT/CS preferred).

Experience :

- Relevant professional experience of at least 5 years in IT network administration.

Required Skills :

- Microsoft O365 administration (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive).

- LAN/WAN administration, IT security, firewalls and device control.

- MS Dynamics administration (advantage).

- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills.
