Role Overview :

We at InRhythm are looking for a highly skilled Lead UI Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Frontend development (70%) using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, complemented by Backend experience (30%) in Java and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performance web applications in a fast-paced agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Frontend (Primary 70%) :

- Design and develop responsive, high-quality web applications using React.js.

- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for scalability.

- Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, high-performance code.

- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Work extensively with JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs.

- Implement state management solutions (Redux, Context API, etc.).

Backend (Secondary 30%) :

- Develop and maintain Java-based Microservices using Spring Boot.

- Design REST APIs and ensure secure, scalable integrations.

- Contribute to service orchestration, API gateway, and distributed systems design.

- Participate in database design and data integration (SQL/NoSQL).

- Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of total IT experience.

- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

- Experience in building and consuming RESTful services.

- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks.

- Knowledge of version control systems (Git).

- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP).

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Understanding of performance monitoring tools.
