ServiceNow Administrator/Developer

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and certified ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow administration and development, a strong background in modules like ITSM and Service Portal, and a proven ability to work in an Agile environment. You will be instrumental in customizing our ServiceNow platform, ensuring the seamless operation of critical business processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Platform Administration & Development : Serve as a subject matter expert for the ServiceNow platform, performing configuration, administration, and development activities.

- Module Expertise : Work hands-on with key modules, including ITSM, Service Portal, and Scoped applications, to meet business requirements.

- Customization & Scripting : Leverage your strong knowledge of ServiceNow to perform customizations in UI Pages, UI Macros, Jelly Scripting, and JavaScript.

- Web Development Integration : Apply your knowledge of web development frameworks like AngularJS, HTML5, jQuery, and CSS to enhance the user experience of the ServiceNow platform.

- SLA & Reporting : Configure and support ServiceNow modules to meet service level agreements (SLA) and reporting requirements, providing critical business insights.

- Agile Collaboration : Work within Agile/Scrum project management methodologies, collaborating with multiple functional teams to create and support application development processes.

- Teamwork : Demonstrate a proven ability to work effectively across various functional teams, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative development and support process.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Certifications : Mandatory ServiceNow System Administrator Certification and ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification.

- Experience : 5- 8 years of experience with ServiceNow, including hands-on work with ITSM, Service Portal, and Scoped applications.

- Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Jelly Scripting, and familiarity with web development frameworks like AngularJS, HTML5, and CSS.

- Methodologies : Proven experience with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.

- Domain Expertise : Experience working with ServiceNow domains and supporting SLA and reporting requirements.

- Collaboration : A proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple functional teams.
