Job Title : Project Manager - ServiceNow

About the Role :

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to define project scope, objectives,

deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

- Manage projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

- Track and report project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.

- Ensure smooth integration of ITOM capabilities with existing ITSM processes and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, architects, platform owners, and external implementation partners.

- Act as a liaison between business units and ServiceNow implementation teams to facilitate clear communication and alignment.

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and organizational governance standards throughout the project lifecycle.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and status reports.

- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and regular communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

- Support testing activities, change management processes, and user adoption initiatives to ensure successful implementation and sustained usage.

Qualifications :

- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and how ITOM integrates with ServiceNow platforms.

- Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, business users, and external partners.

- Strong organizational and documentation skills.

- Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions is desirable.

- Relevant certifications in ServiceNow and/or Project Management will be a plus.
