Innovya Technologies - ServiceNow Engineer

Role : Service Now Engineer IRM.

Location : Phoenix-AZ, Utah , NYC, NY (Hybrid).

Duration : 12+ months.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and maintain core ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog.

- Develop custom applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations using ServiceNow APIs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure platform upgrades, patches, and releases are executed with minimal disruption.

- Maintain data integrity within ServiceNow through audits and best practices.

- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of ServiceNow applications.

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools (e.g., monitoring systems, HR, CRM, ERP) as needed.

- Create and maintain system documentation, technical specifications, and user guides.

- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, security, and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.

- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow APIs.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT Service Management practices.

- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
