Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic professional who can lead end-to-end delivery of automation and digital transformation projects while also driving solution design, architecture, and client engagement.
This role requires a powerful blend of technical expertise, leadership, and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and own end-to-end delivery of automation & integration projects.
- Drive kickoff meetings, governance calls, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance to development teams.
- Ensure delivery quality through code reviews and adherence to standards.
- Collaborate across development, QA, and business teams for smooth execution.
- Manage risks, scope, and change requests.
- Understand client requirements, prepare/validate PDDs & SDDs.
- Mentor and guide delivery teams with technical leadership.
Skills & Qualifications :
- 3+ years of delivery management experience & 2+ years in automation/digital transformation.
- Strong expertise in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, and system integrations.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies & project governance.
- Hands-on experience with solution design & effort estimation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities across engagements.
