Role Overview :

As a Lead Fullstack Developer, you will spearhead the design and architectural evolution of our core product suites. You will operate at the intersection of high-level system design and hands-on implementation, guiding cross-functional engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-performance applications. By collaborating closely with product managers and stakeholders, you will translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps, ensuring our platform remains at the forefront of industrial innovation while maintaining high standards of code quality and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop end-to-end web applications using MERN/MEAN stacks to ensure seamless integration between front-end interfaces and back-end services.

- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture to improve system modularity and support rapid deployment cycles.

- Oversee the development of secure, high-performance RESTful APIs to facilitate efficient data exchange across internal and external platforms.

- Mentor junior engineering talent by conducting rigorous code reviews and promoting best practices in software craftsmanship.

- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS to ensure high availability, security, and cost-efficiency for global enterprise deployments.

- Manage version control workflows using Git to maintain code integrity and streamline collaborative development across distributed teams.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building complex, data-driven applications using Node.js, MongoDB, and either React.js or Angular.

- Proven ability to design and maintain microservices-based architectures that handle high-concurrency enterprise workloads.

- Strong proficiency in AWS cloud services, including deployment strategies, serverless computing, and database management.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-departmental initiatives.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, with 8 - 12 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.

- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on solving complex architectural challenges and improving system performance.
