The Role :

Innovapptive's products power mission-critical operations for global industrial enterprises. At the center of that ecosystem is our platform integration layer, connecting SAP, IBM Maximo, and enterprise data systems with our SaaS platform.

As our customer footprint grows, integrations have become a strategic platform capability, not just a feature.

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Platform Integrations team and evolve this layer into a scalable, reusable integration platform used across multiple product teams.

You will lead a team of engineers responsible for :

- Designing resilient bi-directional SAP and Maximo integrations

- Building reusable integration patterns and APIs

- Improving sync pipeline reliability and fault tolerance

- Enabling other product teams to build on top of shared integration capabilities

In your first months, you'll focus on stabilizing key integration workflows and establishing robust architectural patterns that allow the platform to scale across products and customers.

This role sits at the intersection of platform engineering, enterprise integrations, and product scalability.

What You Will Do :

- Platform Integrations team : 8 engineers. SAP + Maximo merged into one scrum team.

- Integration patterns : bi-directional SAP sync, Open API/Webhooks, 3rd-party MDM, Maximo connectors.

- Sync pipeline reliability : dependency ordering, retry mechanisms, dead letter handling. Zero ACK+drop.

- Sprint delivery, code quality, regression rate. RQP scorecard for integration components.

What We're Looking For :

- 5+ year managing engineering teams with SAP integration experience (S/4HANA, BTP, IDocs, BAPIs, OData).

- Experience with message queue architectures (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and sync pipeline patterns.

- Track record shipping enterprise SaaS integrations on schedule.

- Familiarity with Maximo integration (REST APIs, automation scripts) is a strong plus.

- Data-driven : DORA metrics, crash-free rates, regression rates, sprint velocity.

You Will Be Measured On :

- Zero data loss in sync pipeline. All ACK+drop patterns are eliminated within 30 days.

- On-time delivery - 90%. Regression rate <10%.

- Integration pattern reuse : 3 product teams consuming shared integration capabilities by Q3.
