Job Description :

The Tech & Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing production operations across enterprise data platforms.

This role demands hands-on expertise in workload automation, cloud data warehousing, Unix-based systems, and scripting for monitoring and operational efficiency. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow, system reliability, and timely issue resolution in a 24x7 production environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3- 6 years of experience in IT operations, data warehousing, or business technology roles.

- Strong hands-on experience with TWS, Snowflake, Unix/Linux, and Scripting (Shell/Python).

- Familiarity with Cloud platforms and Data Warehouse architecture.

- Experience in production support, incident management, and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana,

Datadog).

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 support environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications in Snowflake, AWS, or ITIL.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Exposure to ETL tools and data integration platforms.
