Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform senior developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in app design, integration, and a deep understanding of the Dataverse and Azure services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop user-centric Power Apps screens following best practices, usability principles, and scalable architecture.

- Translate business requirements into functional app designs by mapping them effectively to Dataverse entities and relationships.

- Hands on experience with Html and JavaScript.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, UI/UX designers, and back-end developers to resolve requirement gaps and align on solutions.

- Design, Build and manage Power Automate flows for both internal business processes and external system integrations.

- Having experience on .Net C#.

- Integrate Power Platform solutions with GCP/Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and APIs.

- Ensure governance, security, and scalability of apps within the Power Platform ecosystem.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior team members.

- Knowledge working with Microsoft Dynamics365 is an added value

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 7 to 8 years of experience with Power platform tools and integrations

- Proven expertise in Power Apps Canvas, Model-Driven apps, PCF controls

- Experience in building heavy customizable applications

- Experience with using React/Angular as part of customization is value add.

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, including relationships, views, forms, and business rules.

- Proficiency in building complex Power Automate flows, including approvals, connectors, and conditional logic.

- Experience with external API integrations.

- Hands-on experience integrating with Azure services/GCP services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, etc.).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with global teams.

- Experience with code repositories like GIT, TFS , ticketing systems like JIRA
