Innova Solutions - Senior CRM Dynamics Developer

Must : CRM Dynamics 365 UI Development, .NET, SQL

Good to Have : Financial Domain experience

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using modern web technologies.

- Customize and extend Dynamics 365 forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM with .NET-based applications and SQL databases.

- Optimize UI performance and ensure responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.

- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, code reviews, and testing cycles.

- Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related issues and bugs in CRM environments.

Required :

- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM UI Development.

- Proficiency in .NET Framework / .NET Core for backend integration and custom plugin development.

- Solid understanding of SQL Server for data modeling, queries, and stored procedures.

- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and client-side scripting within Dynamics 365.

- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.

Good to Have :

- Prior experience in the Financial Services domain, including banking, insurance, or fintech.

- Understanding of financial workflows, compliance standards, and data security practices.
