Responsibilities :

- Requirement gathering, Design, develop, and deploy SAP HR & ESS/MSS portal applications using Webdynpro ABAP.

- Customize existing applications to meet changing business needs.

- Work closely with end-user teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Perform unit testing and support integration testing for SAP HR modules.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

- Provide technical documentation and user training as needed.

- Stay updated with SAP technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven experience as a SAP HR Webdynpro Developer or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in ABAP programming language and SAP modules (HR, Personal Administration, Payroll, Time Management, Performance Management etc.,).

- Hands-on experience with Webdynpro ABAP development and UI design.

- Excellent understanding of SAP HR processes and best practices.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred :

- SAP certifications related to HR modules or Webdynpro development.

- Experience with SAP Fiori or other SAP UI technologies.
