Role Overview :

CustomerInsights.AI is looking to add an exceptional Manager / Senior Manager - Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) & Master Data Management (MDM) to our growing team. This role is ideal for a seasoned techno-functional leader who can drive enterprise-scale data initiatives within the life sciences domain.

This role requires a strong balance of :

- Hands-on technical depth

- Life sciences domain expertise

- Team leadership and delivery ownership

You will work closely with product, engineering, analytics, and client stakeholders to enable trusted, scalable, and analytics-ready data foundations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of EDW and MDM architectures for life sciences clients.

- Lead EDW and MDM projects independently from inception through deployment and beyond

- Drive MDM strategy across key domains such as Customer, Product, HCP, Patient, and Geography

- Ensure data quality, consistency, lineage, governance, and compliance across enterprise platforms

- Lead implementation and optimization of data integration pipelines and workflows

- Drive operational excellence through continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization

- Partner with analytics, AI, and product teams to enable downstream commercial use cases

- Leverage deep understanding of life sciences data, including prescription data, formulary data, sales, CRM and marketing activity data

- Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships across onshore and offshore models

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

- Mentor and develop team members across technical and domain capabilities

- Provide technical and domain expertise in client proposals, RFPs, and solution design

Required Qualifications :

- 6-8+ years of experience in EDW, MDM, and enterprise data platforms

- Strong experience in life science data domains

- Hands-on knowledge of modern data stacks (cloud DWs, ETL/ELT, metadata, data quality tools)

- Experience leading teams and managing complex deliveries

- Ability to bridge business requirements with technical implementation

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
