Job Description : Senior Data Analyst.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data to deliver high-quality insights that support business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ETL processes, data augmentation, and data normalization, along with advanced analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and assist tech team to translate them into effective data models, ETL pipelines, and analytics solutions.

- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines handling structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and scalability.

- Perform data augmentation and normalization to enhance data usability, consistency, and analytical value.

- Analyze business processes and data trends to generate insights, recommendations, and optimization opportunities.

- Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries and data transformations to support reporting and decision-making.

- Create dashboards, reports, and analytical data views aligned with defined business KPIs.

- Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, documentation, and compliance across all data assets.

- Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership teams in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced data analysis techniques.

- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and data normalization practices.

- Experience working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sources.

- Practical experience with modern data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.)

- Experience with BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)

- Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient data solutions.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
