Role : Technical Lead


Location : Noida and Bangalore


What Technical Lead does in InMorphis on day to day basis?


Technical Lead is responsible for architectural support of the Service Management product/tool suite. Rapidly develop application on the ServiceNow platform, applying innovative technical solutions to eliminate manual working.


Roles & Responsibilities :


- Lead all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including : Application UI Configuration, Workflow Configuration


- Design, configure and customize Service Now platform for client to implement/sustain the following modules Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Configuration Management (CMDB), Change Management, Release Management, Asset Management, Service Catalog etc.


- Integrate Service Now with other corporate applications via web services, mid server, email etc.


- Development of required client specific custom reporting


- Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, ADFS, SailPoint, Ping, etc.)


- Interface with ServiceNow technical teams such as Cloud Infrastructure to successfully set-up the SaaS platform


- Be a key member of the overall implementation project team


- Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related


- Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences


Must Have Soft Skills :


- Proven experience in leading development and implementation of Service Now solutions.


- Advanced exposure to scripting on Service Now platform Glide, Jelly, AJAX etc.


- Experience with integration using Web Services, middleware etc.


- Multiple end to end Service Now implementation exposure.


- Proven experience working with other SAAS solutions/platforms.


- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, XSL, Web Services, etc.)


- Able to Read and understands XML schemas


- Solid understanding of SaaS, client server architecture, SOA and web services concepts


- Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies


- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery


- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)


- Strong interpersonal skills; customer-centric attitude; ability to deal with cultural diversity


EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS :


- At least 1 deployment/administration of ServiceNow implementatio
