- Handle system provisioning, patching, and performance optimization.

- Support incident, change, and problem management activities.

- Implement and manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.

- Collaborate with security and network teams to ensure policy compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience working with AWS or Azure cloud environments.

- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell or Bash.

- Solid troubleshooting, monitoring, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage infrastructure provisioning, performance tuning, and incident resolution.
