Job Description :

- Infrastructure monitoring, provisioning, incident/change support

Overview :

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability, performance, and security across servers, networks, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities :

- Monitor and maintain Windows/Linux servers and cloud instances.

- Perform system provisioning, patching, and performance tuning.

- Support incident, change, and problem management processes.

- Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery plans.

- Collaborate with security and network teams to enforce policies.

Skills & Qualifications : (5+ yrs experience)

- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization tools.

- Experience with Azure or AWS environments.

- Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for automation.

- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
