Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and deliver mission-critical IT infrastructure projects, including the build-out of core infrastructure components and the migration of enterprise workloads. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, exceptional project management skills, and a proven track record of owning end-to-end delivery with full budgetary and execution responsibility.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end project delivery for infrastructure initiatives, including data center builds, cloud/on-premise hybrid environments, network upgrades, and workload migrations.

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets.

- Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, security, vendors, and business stakeholders.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while managing risks and dependencies.

- Drive planning, execution, and status reporting using project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models).

- Own all phases of the project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

- Maintain governance, compliance, and quality standards throughout the project.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and executive sponsors.

- Track and report on project performance using KPIs and metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.

Required Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on infrastructure projects.

- Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure build and workload migration projects (e.g., on-prem to cloud, data center consolidation, etc.).

- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments including networking, storage, servers, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, and security.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multimillion-dollar budgets and deliver projects on time and within financial targets.

- Experience working with both internal teams and third-party vendors or systems integrators.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications :

- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.

- ITIL or similar certification is a plus.

- Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) are a strong advantage.

- Experience with regulatory or compliance-driven infrastructure projects (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001) is desirable.
