Job Description :
Responsibilities :
- Architect, deploy, and maintain hybrid infrastructure across on-premise and AWS.
- Configure and optimise web servers, including Apache HTTP Server, Tomcat, and proxies like Nginx/HAProxy.
- Provision and manage AWS resources (VPC, ALB, EC2 ECS, Redshift, Databricks).
- Operate and manage Kubernetes clusters (self-managed or via EKS).
- Administer and monitor Confluent Kafka clusters and related components.
- Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform (mandatory).
- Automate infrastructure workflows using Ansible and Python.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient deployments.
- Implement observability using Splunk, Dynatrace, and similar tools.
- Evaluate and adopt Generative AI tools to enhance operational workflows and infrastructure automation.
- Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and post-mortem activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and SOPs.
Requirements :
- 6+ years in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering roles.
- Mandatory experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services: VPC, ALB, EC2 ECS, Redshift, Databricks.
- Deep knowledge of Apache HTTP Server and Apache Tomcat (tuning, deployment, configuration).
- Production experience with Kubernetes and containerised workloads.
- Proficiency in managing Confluent Kafka in high-availability environments.
- Strong scripting and automation using Python and Ansible.
- CI/CD pipeline development experience using tools like Jenkins and Groovy.
- Proficient in using observability platforms such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Excellent grasp of networking, Linux administration, and cloud security.
