Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement sophisticated automation strategies to improve IT efficiency and productivity.

- Design, deploy, and optimize advanced AI models to solve complex business problems and drive innovation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and AI applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing IT infrastructure, focusing on scalability and reliability.

- Maintain and enhance the performance of existing automation tools and AI systems, including monitoring and troubleshooting.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IT automation and AI technologies, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.

- Lead and manage teams across various Enterprise IT technologies, ensuring effective collaboration and project execution.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or AI

- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in an IT Engineering role, with at least 3+ years of managing IT Operations and Support functions.

- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT automation and AI implementation.

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.

- Proven track record of designing and deploying enterprise-level IT automation solutions.

- Experience in various AI tools like Open AI, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini etc.

- Expertise in Microsoft productivity tools, Azure, AWS, and Google Workspace.

- Experience in automating manual IT processes and continuously optimize systems for performance, cost efficiency, and scalability.

- Experience with IT infrastructure, including networking, Azure, O365, and SharePoint.

- Familiarity with IT security frameworks, including LDAP, Active Directory, and VPNs.

- Hands-on experience with network devices like firewalls, routers, and switches.

- Ability to troubleshoot cloud network configurations and performance issues.

- Experience in architecture, design, development, and implementation of highly scalable, high-volume IT systems, applications and enterprise SaaS solutions.

- Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning frameworks.

- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Expert-level competency in managing teams across various Enterprise IT technologies.

- Experience working in a high-speed, AI-driven organization, with a focus on innovation and scalability.
