About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP FICO & Treasury Consultant with strong functional expertise and hands-on implementation experience. This role involves working closely with business and finance stakeholders to implement, enhance, and support SAP FICO and Treasury (TRM) processes in a dynamic onsite environment in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP FICO and Treasury implementations, enhancements, and support.

- Configure core SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting (AA), COPA, and Product Costing.

- Implement and support SAP Treasury & Risk Management (TRM), including :

1. Cash & Liquidity Management

2. Bank Communication Management (BCM)

3. In-House Cash (IHC)

4. Treasury Deals (Money Market, FX, Derivatives)

- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and prepare detailed functional specifications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, Technical/ABAP) for seamless integration.

- Support finance users during UAT, cutover, and go-live phases.

- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.

- Ensure process compliance and alignment with UAE VAT and local business practices.

- Prepare documentation including BPMLs, functional specs, test scripts, and SOPs.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

- Professional certifications (SAP FICO/Treasury, CA/ACCA/CMA) are an advantage.

- Strong functional understanding of end-to-end finance & treasury processes.

Preferred Skills :

- UAE VAT & local statutory process knowledge.

- Experience working in Middle East SAP environments.

- Knowledge of multi-currency environments and IFRS compliance.

Pay Range & Compensation :

- Compensation will be aligned with industry standards in Dubai and based on experience and skill level.
