Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support SAP PM module, covering full cycle PM processes.

- Work on General Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, and Preventive Maintenance (Time-Based & Condition-Based).

- Design and implement PM solutions based on business requirements.

- Manage system configurations, validations, testing, and documentation.

- Work with PM master data including :

1. Equipment Master

2. Functional Location Master

3. Bill of Material (BOM)

4. Work Centers

5. Task Lists

6. Characteristics & Classes

7. Permits & Warranties

8. Catalogs

- Maintenance Plans & Items

- Measuring Points & Counters

- Minimum 2+ Application Support engagements.

- 3- 8 years of experience across end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and support projects.

- Experience in Upgrade and Migration initiatives is desirable.

- Work with enhancements, user exits, and functional specifications within SAP PM.

- Collaborate with ABAP and technical teams for custom developments.

- Ensure solutions meet business needs and comply with SAP best practices.

- Integrate SAP PM with :

1. FI-AA, Finance & Controlling

2. MM, PP, QM, SD

- Ensure seamless process flows across modules and resolve cross-functional issues.

- Calibration and Refurbishment process experience is an added advantage.

- S/4HANA exposure or training is preferred.

- Experience with service contracts and warranty-related scenarios.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP PM.

- Strong understanding of PM configuration and business processes.

- Experience in full-cycle implementations and support engagements.

- Ability to design functional solutions, write functional specs, and work with technical teams.

- Good knowledge of PM master data and maintenance processes.

- Strong integration knowledge with MM, PP, QM, SD, and FI/CO modules.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Calibration & Refurbishment processes.

- Hands-on experience in S/4HANA environments.

- Exposure to warranty/contract management processes
