Skills Required :

- At least 5 years of experience in the SAP PM area.

- Worked on at least 2 Application support engagements.

- Strong Experience in SAP PM configuration and business processes.

- Minimum of 3 to 8 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.

- Experience in designing and configuring PM module.

- Experience in PM Business process, General Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance (Time based and Condition Based).

- PM Master data Equipment Master, Functional location Master, Bill of Material, Work center, Task list, Characteristics, Class, Permits, Warranties, Catalog, Maintenance plan, Maintenance item, Measuring Pointer, and Counter.

- Calibration and Refurbishment process experience a plus.

- Enhancement and user-exits in areas of functional expertise.

- S/4 HANA exposure and/or training.

- Experience in the service contract and warranty cases.

- Upgrade, Roll-out, and Implementation projects.

- Integration with assets, finance, and costing modules.

- Integration with, MM, PP, QM, and SD.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support SAP PM module in line with business requirements.

- Work on application support engagements, handling incidents, change requests, and enhancements.

- Participate in end-to-end SAP PM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects.

- Design and implement PM business processes including:

- General Maintenance

- Breakdown Maintenance

- Preventive Maintenance (Time-based & Condition-based)

- Manage and maintain SAP PM master data, including:

- Equipment Master

- Functional Location

- Bills of Material (BOM)

- Work Centers

- Task Lists

- Maintenance Plans & Items

- Measuring Points & Counters

- Characteristics, Classes, Catalogues

- Permits and Warranties

- Support service contract and warranty management scenarios.

- Work on enhancements, user exits, and functional improvements within SAP PM.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with FI/CO, MM, PP, QM, SD, and Asset Management.

- Assist in UAT, documentation, and end-user training.

- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and business process standards.
