Key Responsibilities :

- Provide hands-on support and configuration for the SAP MM module.

- Work on IDOC processing, monitoring, error handling, and reprocessing.

- Handle EDI integrations with external systems and partners.

Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams for integration with modules such as :

- SD (Sales & Distribution)

- FI/CO (Finance & Controlling)

- PP (Production Planning)

- WM/EWM (Warehouse Management)

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and interface-related issues.

- Support day-to-day operations, incidents, and change requests.

- Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, Middleware) for issue resolution.

- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration and support.

- Good working knowledge of IDOC processing and monitoring.

- Experience with EDI integrations in SAP environments.

- Exposure to cross-functional SAP module integrations.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently in an on-site client environment.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in support or enhancement projects.

- Exposure to interfaces with third-party systems.

- Basic understanding of ABAP debugging (added advantage).

- Prior experience in contract roles.
