Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations, including greenfield and rollout projects.
- Configure and customize SAP FI and CO modules to meet business requirements.
- Conduct business requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation such as business blueprints, functional specifications, and test cases.
- Support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, enhancements, and data migration activities.
- Ensure solutions comply with SAP best practices and business processes.
- Interact directly with clients and stakeholders to provide guidance and status updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
- Proven experience in:
1. At least 1 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation
2. At least 1 SAP rollout project
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO.
- In-depth functional knowledge of:
i. Financial Accounting (FI) GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting
ii. Controlling (CO) Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
- SAP FICO or S/4HANA certification.
- Experience in data migration, integration, and cutover activities.
- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
