We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Infra Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions for our infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reliability. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including System Administrators, Network Engineers, and Developers, to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve overall efficiency. Your work will directly impact the stability and agility of our infrastructure, enabling faster deployment cycles and enhanced service delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement infrastructure automation solutions using Ansible, focusing on configuration management, application deployment, and infrastructure provisioning.

- Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules to automate repetitive tasks and ensure consistent configurations across the infrastructure.

- Administer and maintain VMware environments, including vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi hosts, ensuring optimal performance and availability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop solutions that meet business requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure automation issues, providing timely and effective support to internal stakeholders.

- Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing automation solutions to optimize resource utilization.

- Document automation processes and procedures, ensuring knowledge sharing and maintainability of the automation infrastructure.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing infrastructure automation solutions using Ansible, including experience with Ansible Tower/AWX.

- Proven ability to administer and maintain VMware environments, including vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi hosts, with a strong understanding of virtualization concepts.

- Solid understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems, including scripting and command-line proficiency.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex infrastructure issues.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
