Roles & Responsibilities :

We are looking for an experienced Pega CJCM Developer with strong hands-on experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), Customer Journey Management, and Pega case management capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting Pega-based customer engagement and journey solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop customer journeys and case management solutions using Pega CJCM.

- Configure and customize Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and related customer engagement capabilities.

- Develop and manage Pega case types, workflows, stages, processes, SLAs, and business rules.

- Configure Customer Journey Management capabilities to deliver personalized customer experiences.

- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Pega solutions.

- Develop and configure Pega UI, data models, decisioning rules, integrations, and APIs.

- Implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration frameworks.

- Perform application testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support.

- Follow Pega best practices and ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, and maintainable.

- Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, code reviews, and deployment activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, QA, and other development teams.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Pega CSA / CSSA certification is preferred.

- Experience working on Pega Customer Decision Hub / Next-Best-Action implementations.

- Exposure to Pega Customer Service or other Pega CRM solutions.

- Experience in production support and troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of CI/CD and Pega deployment practices.
