Experience : 5 -10

Mandatory Skillset : Spring boot and Microservices

Preferred Skillset : Kubernetes/OpenShift, Kafka, NoSQL databases, Hazelcast/Redis

Job Summary :

We are looking for a talented and results-driven Java Developer with hands-on experience in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of scalable backend development and modern cloud-native technologies. This role demands a proactive professional who thrives in high-performance environments and enjoys solving complex technical problems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications using Spring Boot and Microservices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features.

- Implement scalable and high-performing backend systems and APIs.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to industry standards and best practices.

- Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.

- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system performance.

- Work in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.

- Support production systems and resolve incidents with a strong sense of ownership.

Required Skills :

- Strong programming skills in Core Java and object-oriented principles.

- Expertise in Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security, etc.).

- Solid hands-on experience in Microservices design & implementation.

- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.

- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).

- Proficiency with message brokers like Apache Kafka.

- Familiarity with Hazelcast or Redis for caching or distributed data management.

- Hands-on experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or OpenShift.

- Version control and CI/CD tools : Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, etc.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is an added advantage.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, team collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Prior experience working in product-based companies or fast-paced service environments.
