Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in containerization, scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and build systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting build pipelines, addressing failures independently, and contributing to the stability and scalability of our development and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain Docker-based containerization for applications and services.

- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash, Shell, or Python to support build and deployment activities.

- Monitor, debug, and resolve system-level issues, particularly related to networking protocols (TCP/IP, Telnet, SSH, etc.).

- Manage source code versioning using Git and implement efficient storage practices.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab; ensure smooth code integration and automated deployments.

- Analyze, debug, and fix failures in build systems and pipelines with minimal supervision.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall DevOps maturity and efficiency.

- Handle Linux-based environments confidently and perform advanced command-line operations.

- Manage dependencies and project build lifecycles using Maven.

(Optional but preferred) Contribute to build automation for projects involving C++ codebases.

Key Requirements :

- 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in DevOps, Build & Release, or Automation Engineering.

-Strong hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration.

-Advanced scripting skills in Bash, Shell, or Python.

-Proficiency in working with Linux command-line tools and environments.

- Sound understanding of networking protocols for system-level troubleshooting.

- Solid experience in Git for source control and GitLab CI/CD for automated pipelines.

- Demonstrated ability to independently analyze and resolve build/pipeline failures.

- Experience working with Maven and managing large-scale builds.

- Exposure to C++ development/builds is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
