Job Title : Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant

Experience : 8 - 12 Years

Location : Hyderabad

Job Type : Full-Time

Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in core Supply Chain Management processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), SCM Planning, Inventory Lifecycle Management, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, and Asset Management Maintenance. The ideal candidate will provide end-to-end functional support across Oracle SCM Cloud modules and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and process alignment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide comprehensive functional support across P2P, O2C, SCM Planning, Inventory, and Manufacturing processes.

- Resolve issues related to purchase orders, requisitions, receiving discrepancies, and catalog errors.

- Manage supplier registration and qualification workflows (SQM) through the Supplier Portal.

- Support inventory transactions, item creation and validation, BOM setups, and inventory lifecycle activities.

- Participate actively in UAT cycles, enhancement testing, and patch management.

- Collaborate with the technical team to support data migration and integration via FBDI, OIC, and other reporting tools.

- Analyze and optimize business processes, ensuring seamless integration with Oracle SCM Cloud modules.

Required Experience & Skills :


- Minimum 812 years of relevant experience with at least 12 full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations.

- Strong functional expertise in the following modules :

- Core Modules : Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management

- Extended Modules : Supplier Portal, Self-Service Procurement, Manufacturing, Product Hub

- Proficiency in Procurement Configuration, Inventory Transactions, and SCM Planning.

- Hands-on experience with coordination for FBDI/OIC-based data migration and integrations.

- Strong understanding of inventory lifecycle management, asset management, and manufacturing operations, including warehouse management.

Educational Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.

- Masters degree (MS/MBA/MTech) in Supply Chain Management or equivalent preferred.

Certifications :


- Mandatory : Oracle SCM Cloud Functional Certification
