About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing robust CRM solutions to meet complex business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, and the ability to contribute across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and oversee construction and deployment of CRM solutions.

- Lead technical efforts during pre-sales engagements and support the development of niche solutions and Proof of Concepts (POCs).

- Advocate and implement best practices for scalable, upgradeable customizations aligned with the product roadmap.

- Actively contribute to all phases of CRM projects, including planning, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Leverage industry-standard business practices supported by Dynamics 365 CE.

- Execute full lifecycle implementations across various versions of Dynamics CRM/365.

- Develop and customize solutions using Power Platform (PowerApps Portal, Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse.

- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE through Plugins, Custom Workflows, JavaScript, and Web APIs.

- Design and implement reporting solutions using SSRS and Power BI.

- Work within a SaaS environment leveraging SQL Server, HTML, C#, .NET, and AngularJS.

- Perform integrations with third-party applications and lead data migration activities including analysis, mapping, and harmonization.

- Establish and manage DevOps pipelines for CRM deployments on cloud platforms using standard tools, ensuring continuous integration and delivery.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge and experience with Logic Apps, Azure Functions, PCF controls, and ReactJS.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Minimum 4+ years of technical experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 CE.

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- Proven problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to design and deliver effective CRM solutions.
