Role Overview :

As a Specialist Programmer, you will design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using advanced programming techniques. This role demands deep technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on cutting-edge technologies to deliver high-quality, scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-performance applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.

- Collaborate with architects and product teams to design robust, scalable solutions.

- Optimize code for performance, security, and maintainability.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to solve business challenges.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in full stack Java / Python / .NET / Node.js (choose based on your tech stack).

- Frontend Technologies Preferred- Angular/React/Javascript

- Expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.

- Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with Database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualification :

B.tech/BE/MS/M.tech or equivalent from Tier 1 or Tier 2

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in AI/ML, Big Data, or Blockchain technologies.

- Exposure to Agile methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
