Job Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer with strong expertise in test automation and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving automation initiatives, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality, reliable software deliveries through robust testing practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of automation testers, providing technical direction and hands-on guidance

- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts from scratch using industry best practices

- Ensure application performance, quality, stability, and responsiveness across releases

- Review automation scripts and frameworks to ensure adherence to defined standards and processes

- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex technical and automation-related issues

- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements

- Drive continuous improvement in automation frameworks, tools, and testing processes

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7-9 years of overall experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation

- Proven experience in a Technical Lead or Senior Automation Engineer role

- Strong hands-on proficiency with TOSCA automation tool

- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies

- Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective test strategies

- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide, influence, and collaborate across teams

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
