Job Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with strong expertise in automation, DevOps pipelines, and system-level debugging. The role focuses on building and scaling automation frameworks, supporting CI/CD pipelines, and enhancing observability for large-scale enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure reliable build, deployment, and monitoring solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and scale automation pipelines using Python

- Develop, maintain, and enhance build, deployment, and environment management workflows

- Support deployments across Kubernetes-based and non-cloud (on-prem) environments

- Write, maintain, and optimize Jenkins pipelines and scripts

- Perform system-level debugging and troubleshooting in Unix/Linux environments

- Build reusable Python tools and utilities to support DevOps and CI/CD activities

- Support and enhance observability and monitoring tools for FINACLE applications

- Collaborate with development teams working on C/C++, Node.js, and Java applications

- Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of DevOps platforms and automation systems

- Document processes, tools, and best practices for operational excellence

Required Qualifications & Skills :

Core Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python programming

- Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments

- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, build, and deployment processes

- Experience writing and maintaining Jenkins pipelines (Groovy/Jenkinsfiles)

- Exposure to Kubernetes and containerized deployments

- Experience working with observability tools (logging, monitoring, alerting systems)

Additional Skills :

- Ability to debug system-level and DevOps-related issues effectively

- Understanding of deployment workflows for C/C++, Node.js, and Java applications

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Preferred / Good to Have :

- Experience with enterprise-scale platforms or banking/financial applications

- Familiarity with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools

- Exposure to performance monitoring and reliability engineering practices
