The candidate will work closely with development squads, engineering leadership, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to define technical solutions, establish development standards, improve application performance, and ensure high-quality delivery across the technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect scalable, responsive, and maintainable web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.

- Provide technical leadership to multiple development squads on application design, architecture, reusability, performance, and engineering best practices.

- Define frontend architecture, component structures, design patterns, coding standards, and reusable frameworks.

- Drive the adoption of reusable UI components and common libraries across development teams.

- Review technical designs and provide architectural recommendations for complex business requirements.

- Ensure applications are designed for scalability, performance, reliability, maintainability, and security.

- Establish best practices for React application development and frontend engineering.

- Guide teams on state management, component design, application structure, performance optimization, and code maintainability.

- Review code and technical deliverables to ensure adherence to defined architecture and engineering standards.

- Establish and promote unit testing, automated testing, code review, and quality assurance practices.

- Identify technical risks, architectural challenges, and potential scalability issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and lead debugging and root cause analysis.

- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements to frontend architecture and implementation.

- Collaborate with backend developers, product managers, UX/UI teams, QA, DevOps, and other technology teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Participate in architecture reviews, technical discussions, proof-of-concepts, and solution evaluations.

- Mentor and coach senior developers and technical leads on architecture and engineering best practices.

- Evaluate new frontend technologies, frameworks, libraries, and development approaches where relevant.

- Contribute to technical roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js.

- Strong knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript.

- Strong experience with HTML5 and CSS.

- Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture and application design.

- Experience designing reusable and scalable UI components.

- Strong understanding of responsive web application development.

- Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques.
