Key Responsibilities :

1. Technology Strategy & Leadership :

- Define and drive the organization's technology vision and roadmap.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.

- Align technology initiatives with business goals and long-term objectives.

2. Architecture & Design :

- Lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.

- Establish architectural standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.

- Review and approve critical design decisions across projects.

3. Innovation & Research :

- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

- Conduct research on cutting-edge technologies and assess their applicability.

- Champion proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot projects for new solutions.

4. Technical Mentorship :

- Mentor senior engineers and architects to build technical depth.
