Infosys - .Net Production Support

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Production Support & Incident Management

- Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise .NET applications.

- Monitor application performance, system health, and batch processes.

- Analyze and resolve production incidents within defined SLA timelines.

- Perform root cause analysis for recurring production issues and implement preventive solutions.

- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution and deployments.

Application Support & Troubleshooting :

- Support applications built on .NET technologies including ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core, and SQL Server.

- Troubleshoot application, database, API, and integration-related issues.

- Perform log analysis, debugging, and defect resolution activities.

- Ensure application stability, availability, and performance optimization.

Requirement Analysis & Solution Support :

- Participate in problem definition, effort estimation, and solution analysis activities.

- Create requirement specifications and support functional design documentation.

- Evaluate solution alternatives and support proof-of-concept initiatives where required.

- Collaborate with consulting and business teams to understand application requirements.

Change & Release Management :

- Support deployment, release management, and change implementation activities.

- Participate in patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities.

- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Governance & Continuous Improvement :

- Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.

- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.

- Contribute to organizational initiatives and operational excellence programs.

- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and support audit requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / MSc / MS or equivalent qualification.

- 3 to 8 years of experience in .NET Application Support or Production Support roles.
