As a Specialist Programmer, you will design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using advanced programming techniques. This role demands deep technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on cutting-edge technologies to deliver high-quality, scalable applications.

- Develop and maintain high-performance applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.

- Collaborate with architects and product teams to design robust, scalable solutions.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to solve business challenges.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.

Job Description :

- Tech Stack- C#, .Net, ADO CI/CD Pipelines, YAML Docker, AWS Lambda-

- Hands-on in .NET framework and C#

1. Strong knowledge in developing CI/CD pipelines

2. Experience in designing and architecting .NET applications

3. Working experience in YAML Docker

4. Provide technical leadership to all the development squads in terms of design, reusability, performance, and implementing best practices

5. Strong knowledge in AWS

6. Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and automated testing frameworks.

7. Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems.

8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, debugging and root cause analysis as needed.

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

10. Review tech deliverables of the team and guide/coach team on best practices
