Senior Java Developer/Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer/Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Design, and Solution Architecture to build and deliver scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on technologist with proven experience in technical design, architecture decisions, team leadership, and mentoring. Banking/FinTech domain experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, architect, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Define scalable Microservices and distributed system architectures.

- Drive technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and solutioning for complex business problems.

- Lead development efforts while ensuring adherence to coding, security, and performance best practices.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers and team members.

- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Ensure application scalability, reliability, maintainability, and performance.

Required Skills :

- 5 to 11 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.

- Knowledge of Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT, and Event-Driven Architecture.

- Experience in Banking, FinTech, Payments, Lending, or Financial Services domains.
