Infosys - Google Cloud Platform Developer - CI/CD Pipeline

Description :

We are looking for an experienced Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Developer to design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications and data solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GCP services, cloud architecture, and modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement cloud-native applications using GCP services.

- Develop and maintain data pipelines using GCP tools like Dataflow, Pub/Sub, BigQuery.

- Build and manage APIs, microservices, and serverless applications using Cloud Functions and App Engine.

- Configure and optimize GCP infrastructure for scalability and security.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

- Ensure compliance with cloud security best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with GCP services: Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions.

- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and design patterns.

- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go for application development.

- Experience with Terraform or Deployment Manager for infrastructure as code.

- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes (GKE).

- Understanding of networking, IAM, and security in GCP.

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Cloud Build.

Nice-to-Have :

- Exposure to machine learning services on GCP (AI Platform).

- Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.

- Knowledge of data engineering and analytics.

- Certification in Google Professional Cloud Developer or Architect.

- 4 - 10 years of experience in cloud development and GCP services.
