Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic DevOps team.

The ideal candidate will have strong Python programming expertise and hands-on experience in automation, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and system-level troubleshooting.

This role plays a critical part in enhancing DevOps processes, improving platform reliability, and driving automation and scalability across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and scale CI/CD pipelines using Python-based automation.

- Develop, maintain, and enhance build, deployment, and environment management for applications developed in C/C++, Java, and Node.js.

- Manage deployments across Kubernetes-based and non-cloud (on-prem) environments.

- Write, maintain, and optimize Jenkins pipelines and scripts.

- Perform system-level debugging and troubleshooting in Unix/Linux environments.

- Develop Python-based tools and utilities to support DevOps operations.

- Support, enhance, and maintain observability and monitoring tools for enterprise applications (including FINACLE-based systems).

- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to improve release reliability and operational efficiency.

- Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of production environments.

Required Skills & Experience :

Technical Skills :

- 5 - 8 years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role.

- Strong proficiency in Python programming for automation and tooling.

- Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts, build systems, and deployment strategies.

- Experience working with Jenkins (pipeline scripting and job management).

- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments.

- Knowledge of observability tools (monitoring, logging, alerting).

- Experience debugging system-level DevOps and infrastructure issues.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Good communication and documentation skills
