Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with strong analytical capabilities and hands-on expertise in machine learning, predictive modeling, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will work on building intelligent, scalable data-driven solutions that enable prediction, automation, and enhanced decision-making across business functions.
This role requires the ability to design models end-to-end, deploy them as APIs, and clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and statistical models.
- Develop predictive models, recommendation engines, customer segmentation, and scenario analysis.
- Apply advanced statistical techniques including regression, hypothesis testing, and distribution analysis.
- Design and implement Generative AI solutions, including LLM-based use cases.
- Host machine learning models and expose them via APIs for enterprise consumption.
- Enhance existing datasets through data enrichment, feature engineering, and prediction layers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
- Present insights, findings, and model outcomes to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
- Ensure model scalability, performance, and monitoring in production environments.
Required Skills & Experience :
Technical Skills :
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Applied Machine Learning roles.
- Hands-on experience in machine learning model development and training.
- Solid understanding of basic and advanced statistics :
- Hands-on exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
- Experience in deploying models as REST APIs.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
