About the Role :

We are seeking a Python Developer with hands-on experience in AI/ML and a passion for building Agentic AI systems, intelligent automation, and autonomous workflows. The ideal candidate understands how to design, implement, and orchestrate AI agents that can plan, reason, and execute complex tasks using LLMs.

You will work with cutting-edge models, tools, and frameworks to build AI agents that operate independently, interact with APIs, perform multi-step reasoning, and improve over time.

Key Responsibilities :

Agentic AI Development:

- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents capable of autonomous task execution, planning, and reasoning.

- Implement multi-agent systems, including communication, coordination, and task delegation mechanisms.

- Build tool-using agents that interact with APIs, databases, and external systems.

- Work extensively with LLMs (GPT models, open-source LLMs, etc.) to create agent behaviors and workflows.

Python + AI Engineering:

- Develop Python-based backend components for agent orchestration, memory, and long-term context.

- Create and maintain pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, and model interaction.

- Integrate vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS) for agent memory and retrieval.

- Build secure and scalable APIs using FastAPI or Flask to interface with AI agents.

Autonomous Workflow & MLOps:

- Implement reasoning loops (e.g., ReAct, chain-of-thought style planning, self-critique).

- Optimize latency, reliability, and accuracy of agent outputs.

- Deploy agents on cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with product, operations, and data teams to identify use cases for AI agents.

- Translate business problems into autonomous agent workflows.

- Document architecture, best practices, and reusable agent modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 2+ years of experience in Python development.

- Hands-on experience with AI/ML or LLM-based applications.

- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector stores, and RAG.

Experience with frameworks such as :

- LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agent frameworks

- Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy

- PyTorch or TensorFlow (basic understanding is acceptable)

Familiarity with :

- REST APIs and asynchronous Python

- Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)

- Git and Agile development

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience building autonomous agents using LangGraph, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or Microsoft AutoGen.

- Understanding of self-reflection, planning modules, or agent memory systems.

- Experience with knowledge graphs, rule-based engines, or symbolic reasoning.

- Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow).

- Exposure to observability tools for monitoring agent behavior and drift.

- Knowledge of LLM fine?tuning or model optimization (LoRA, QLoRA).
