Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary AI Full Stack Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions across our organization. This role blends deep technical expertise in AI/ML with full-stack development skills to architect intelligent systems that drive strategic business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- AI System Architecture :

1. Design end-to-end AI architectures integrating data pipelines, model training, deployment, and monitoring.

2. Select appropriate AI frameworks, tools, and technologies (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).

- Full Stack Development:

1. Build and maintain scalable web applications and APIs to support AI services.

2. Develop intuitive front-end interfaces for AI-powered tools using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).

- Model Development & Deployment:

1. Collaborate with data scientists to develop and optimize machine learning models.

2. Implement CI/CD pipelines for model deployment and versioning.

- Cloud & Infrastructure:

1. Architect cloud-native AI solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP.

2. Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and cost-efficient.

- Cross-functional Collaboration:

1. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals.

2. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.

- Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

1. Monitor AI system performance and continuously improve accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.

2. Conduct A/B testing and model validation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in AI/ML architecture.

- Proven experience with full-stack development (Node.js, Python, JavaScript, etc.).

- Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and NLP.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Generative AI and LLMs.

- Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools.

- Exposure to data engineering and big data technologies (Spark, Kafka).

- Understanding of ethical AI and responsible AI practices.
