Job Summary :
- Build and execute automated test suites for Supply Chain applications including OMS, WMS, EDI pipelines, and warehouse automation systems.
- Lead End-to-End (E2E) testing efforts across multiple integrated platforms and workflows.
- Perform UI, API, regression, integration, and system testing to ensure application stability and reliability.
- Analyze test execution results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution.
- Drive automation best practices, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team.
- Convert complex manual test scenarios into robust automated test scripts.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and developers to understand warehouse operations and system architecture.
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration and maintain automated execution within Jenkins/GitHub workflows.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to overall test strategy and quality processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 6 to 8 years of experience in QA Automation and software testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber, or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Solid experience in API automation testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or equivalent tools.
- Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub/GitLab pipelines.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and Agile practices.
- Expertise in regression, integration, system, and End-to-End testing.
- Experience using defect tracking and test management tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Prior experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail, or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) domains.
- Hands on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder,
or K- rber.
- Familiarity with Order Management Systems (OMS) and warehouse operational workflows.
- Exposure to EDI transaction sets such as 850, 856, 940, and 945.
- Understanding of warehouse processes including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing,
shipping, and fulfillment.
- Experience working in high-volume transactional enterprise environments.
